Refunds and Cancelations

If an item is to be returned for any reason, please follow the procedures below to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

 

Bespoke and Customisable orders

Unfortunately, bespoke and customisable neon signs will not be eligible for a refund due to the nature of the product. They are custom designed and manufactured to your specification so cannot be returned unless the item arrives with a fault. Glowworm has the final decision on any actions taken. If your item has arrived damaged please contact us via email and we will send full return instructions support@glowwormneon.com.

 

Ready-Made Products

You can return any unused Ready-Made products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery, provided that we are notified of the return within five days of the delivery of your order. All products must be returned to us within 30 days to qualify for the Return period. We cannot accept any returns, for a refund, if the bubble wrap has not been opened.

 

Cancellation Rights

Bespoke design or customisable products can be cancelled before the proof has been approved. Bespoke or customisable products cannot be cancelled once the artwork has been confirmed and production has started.

You can cancel any ready-made order and receive a full refund by emailing us directly at support@glowwormneon.com including your order number and the cancellation details before the product is dispatched or within 30 days of your delivery if the product is still in the bubble wrap cover, unused.

Refunds will be paid to the payment card/PayPal account used at the time of the order and will be made within 3 – 5 working days after our receipt of the returned products. We are permitted to reduce the total refund amount if the returned product has been handled less than acceptable, such as damage to the product or missing parts.

 

Warranty

Glowworm will honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 1 year of receipt of items. Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect Glowworm to process the warranty claim within 7 days. Once warranty claim is confirmed, we will repair or remake the sign within 14 days and ship it out to your free of charge.

 

Incorrect or missing items

If the item you receive does not match the order placed or the description of the item, then you will need to contact us within five days of receiving the product. All missing parts or items of your order will also need to be reported to us within five days of receiving the order. Glowworm will not be held responsible for missing or lost items reported after the five days.

We will send any missing parts or items if reported within the time frame.

 

Damaged in Transit

Your sign must be opened upon delivery in order to asses if any damage has occurred. In the unlikely event that your sign has been damaged in transit Glowworm will ensure that a resolution is provided.

Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of your Neon sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty. Note: the delivery date is the courier delivery date which can be found by following the prompts in your tracking email.

If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 24 hour claim period please send an email to support@glowwormneon.com with all of the following:

  • A clear photo of the damage to the sign,
  • A clear photo of the box & any damage to the outer box,
  • A clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
